Chef Owner Michael Marsee, 37 years old, previously private chef for a high-society family in Dubai, worked as a chef on a private ranch in Colorado, and Graduated from New England Culinary Institute. After traveling the world tasting and picking up techniques along the way, has returned to Crested Butte, eager to develop a grown love for barbecue with smoking meat with peach and cherry wood creating a distinct flavor to Colorado. Starting with a pepper based rub mixed with many bold spices that enhances the flavor of the meat and creating that dark bark on the skin. His barbecue sauce is also a unique combination of pepper, sweet, and vinegar that only compliments the meat not to masque the wonderful aroma and flavor of the smoke. He is excited about the newventure in Crested Butte and hope everyone will come to love Colorado style smoked meat!

Traditional Swiss fondue dinners are available in the winter.  Chef Michael re-creates this alpine tradition he grew to love during his time in the Swiss Alps.
