Dear Michael,

We just wanted to say thank you for the great food you provided for our wedding rehearsal party last Friday.

Everything was delivered right on time and perfectly ready to serve. The barbecue meats and sauce were scrumptious! We also really enjoyed the baked beans and the kale salad. The peach crisp was excellent. We happily enjoyed the leftovers for the entire weekend. We received many positive comments from our guests. One of the men has travelled extensively and he lived in Texas for a few years. He said the brisket was the best he’s ever had, anywhere!

The entire experience, from our initial contact with you, to choosing the menu, to serving it at the party, could not have been easier or more simple. It was delightful to do business with you!

I do have a parting question. We have 5 bottles of barbecue sauce left over. The bottles were not refrigerated from Friday afternoon until Monday afternoon. (They were in a box in the garage at the rental house in Crested Butte, then in our car on the way home to Denver on Monday. ) We sure hope it’s still edible, what do you think?

Amazing Wedding Food and Service”
We recently had Michael cater our wedding, and we are more than thrilled with the outcome! We planned a “last-minute,” unconventional wedding at a yurt in the woods that requires snowmobile access (but does have a prep kitchen), and Michael adapted to the circumstances smoothly and enthusiastically. Granted, we had simple needs-we just wanted the food to be delicious and filling-but Michael helped us shape our rough vision into something that made us, and all our guests, happy. Everyone commented on how good the food was, and many went back for seconds and thirds. One guest even said he wanted to slip some mac and cheese in his pocket to take home! More than the food, though, Michael was so thoughtful and gracious throughout the whole process. In the planning stages, Michael thought of all kinds of small details that wouldn’t have occurred to us, and which ensured the event went smoothly. At the yurt, he went above and beyond, setting the tables beautifully, clearing the plates, and cutting the cake. Michael made the whole event turn-key for us; we had complete confidence in him, so that we were able to relax and enjoy the event without a worry from the very beginning. He took care of everything with a professional, yet relaxed attitude. Michael’s calm demeanor, skill in the kitchen, and expert service made him a joy to work with and we recommend him wholeheartedly!

I have been very lucky to grow up from coast to coast eating some of the best Barbecue in the states mainly the south but these guys have hit it on the piggy bank love to see them in a spot in CB full time.
